Composite drainage network
Collect
Composite drainage network (also known as three-dimensional geotechnical drainage board, tunnel drainage board, drainage board) is composed of three-dimensional structure of plastic mesh double-sided bonded seepage geotextiles, can replace the traditional sand and gravel layer, mainly used for landfill, subgrade and tunnel inner wall drainage. Composite drainage network is a new type of geotechnical material for drainage. High density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw material, by special extrusion molding process processing, with three layers of special structure. The middle bar is rigid and vertically arranged to form a drainage channel. The upper and lower cross-arranged bars form a support to prevent geotextiles from embedding in the drainage channel, and can maintain high drainage performance even under high loads. Double-sided adhesive permeable geotextile composite use, with "filtration - drainage - air permeability - protection" comprehensive performance, is currently the most ideal drainage material. Product use: Mainly used in railway, highway, tunnel, municipal engineering, reservoir, slope protection and other drainage engineering effect is remarkable. Product features: 1. Strong drainage (equivalent to one-meter thick gravel drainage). 2. High tensile strength. 3. Reduce the probability of geotextile embedment into the mesh core and maintain long-term stable drainage. 4. Long-term high-pressure load (can withstand about 3000Ka compression load). 5. Corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, long service life. 6. Convenient construction, shorten the construction period and reduce the cost. |
